The Site exclusively promotes ideas, concepts, solutions, patents, and patent applications (collectively, the “Innovations”) made/owned by Roy Eriksson.

1. Release of Product Liability and Safety Warning

WE ARE NOT MANUFACTURERS, SELLERS, OR DISTRIBUTORS of any finished product that may result from the Innovations. Our role is strictly limited to marketing and licensing Intellectual Property (IP) rights.

A. Raw and Untested Nature of Innovations:

The Innovations are presented in their conceptual, raw, and untested development stage. They are intended solely to describe the basic functional mechanism or problem-solving capability. The presentations DO NOT include:

  • Critical Safety Features (e.g., cut-off switches, pressure reliefs, guards, or warnings).

  • Regulatory Approvals or certifications from governmental or safety bodies.

B. Inherent Danger and Risk of Use:

The Innovations, if manufactured or used without extensive professional engineering, testing, and regulatory approval, may be extremely dangerous and could lead to serious injury, property damage, or death (e.g., concepts involving cold gas, high pressure, electricity, water, or complex mechanical systems).

YOU ARE EXPLICITLY WARNED: The concepts, images, and text on this Site are FOR DISPLAY AND POTENTIAL LICENSING ASSESSMENT ONLY. They MUST NOT be used as the basis to build, manufacture, test, or operate any physical product by any party, under any circumstances, until a complete and legally compliant product development process is finalized.

C. Total Release and Indemnification:

By accessing, viewing, or using this Site, the User agrees to the following:

FULL RELEASE: The User agrees to fully and forever release and discharge Golden Mosquito LLC/Roy Eriksson, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, suits, costs, or causes of action, known or unknown, which may arise from or relate to the manufacturing, construction, testing, sale, or use of any product derived from these Innovations by any third party (including the licensee/purchaser).
  2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Any manufacturer or licensee who purchases the right to an Innovation assumes all risk and sole responsibility for the safety, engineering, quality, material integrity, and regulatory compliance of the resulting product.
  3. NO WARRANTIES: We provide the Innovations “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” and we DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Disclaimer

  • Basis in Known Technology: The Innovations are, by necessity, based upon previously known technology, materials, and components.
  • No Guarantee Against Infringement (FTO): We make NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY that the Innovations, or any final product derived from them, do not infringe upon the existing intellectual property rights (patents, copyrights, trademarks, etc.) of any third party.
  • Purchaser’s Sole Responsibility: The purchaser or licensee of any Innovation bears the sole, independent, and full responsibility to conduct a thorough and professional Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis and due diligence prior to commencing manufacturing, marketing, or sales in any jurisdiction.
  • IP Indemnification: The purchaser or licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Mosquito LLC/Roy Eriksson from any and all claims, costs, or damages arising out of any actual or alleged infringement of a third party’s IP rights resulting from the manufacture, sale, or use of the derived product.

3. General Provisions

  • Piracy/Scams: We take no responsibility for products manufactured by unapproved companies or for any scam attempts claiming to sell the Innovations. All inquiries regarding finished products (price, return, complaints) must be directed to the actual manufacturer or seller.
  • Governing Law: This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
